The office is pretty small but stylish - if you like table soccer or swings you will like it there

No further training opportunities. Also the salary increase for good work will be ignored. There are thousands of stories, why it's impossible to spend that money on you - unless you try to be best friend with the boss.

The team spirit is missing although the employer organizes team events quarterly.

If you are not best friend with the boss she does not cherish you. The atmosphere would be more enjoyable without the bad vibes of the boss.
