Early or mid-stage marketers, avoid this at all costs. If you do the research and land at the Interview section over here in Glassdoor, you will see that people have been writing reviews about their marketing hiring scenario since 2024. I have nothing against the HR as she was absolutely nice and was communicating the process on time and gave me regular updates. But, this is flagging the absolute redflag - their hiring team and the CEO is. They have no clue what they want out of marketing and what the new person should bring on board. I also had a friend who interviewed with them two years ago and was rejected after the final round on the basis of how the company 'chose someone with exact product experience'. Which is a big lie and you can see they have been reposting marketing positions over and over again. It's so unfair of any candidate's time to take them until last round, when the company hasn't aligned internally on what they want marketing to do. Also, the CEO is a nightmare and he brazenly mentioned it in front of me that he didn't even take a look at my case study submission previously and kept grilling me on questions which had no context to the actual job at Workerbase. Disappointment and anger is what I feel, so if you happen to see this review while trying to interview - stay away. As for the company, align on actual marketing needs.

I applied online and received an invitation for a 20 minute interview.
Then I talked to the HR, no other hiring managers were present but I could feel the HR was nervous and wanted to closed this interview soon. After few days, I got rejected with a standard rejection letter without personal feedback.
