My application has been rejection. After asking, what could be the reason, they claimed, it was because of interpersonal problems. With the current recruitment process, I'm confused that I can cause inter personal problems without meeting a person.
I sense biases so I strongly suggest to implement atepa for blind hiring. The first step of hiring is the easiest.
