My five-month Business Development internship at Xaver was the best I’ve done so far. From the start, I was given real responsibilities and could actively contribute to projects, which helped me develop both professionally and personally. The team is highly motivated and works efficiently, but there’s always room for fun, making the atmosphere very enjoyable. Joint sports sessions and team events are a regular part of the culture, bringing everyone together.
What I appreciated most was the combination of a dynamic startup environment with a strong sense of teamwork. Everyone is open to new ideas, and feedback is valued. The experienced management team provides great learning opportunities while fostering a culture of collaboration on equal footing. I always felt supported and part of the team.
