Despite working remote during lock down and being spread across several locations, the communication is working really well at XOM. Powerful tools such as OKRs, Jira, Slack as well as regular company meetings and CEO Q&A sessions make it easy to understand the strategy and mission of the company.

Great work-life balance. Most employees have families hence it's normal to have family-friendly working hours. During the lockdown, XOM was very supportive and understanding, much more than companies where most of my friends work at. It made a great difference during these hard times.

The management is accessible, respectful and empathetic. Through weekly Q&A sessions, they answer any questions one might have. In difficult situations with external partners, they will stand by your side.
