Great work-life balance. Most employees have families hence it's normal to have family-friendly working hours. During the lockdown, XOM was very supportive and understanding, much more than companies where most of my friends work at. It made a great difference during these hard times.

XOM is always looking to improve the well-being of their employees. Right during the 1st lockdown, they recognized the new normal and adapted all our working contracts to offer an hybrid / office remote working plan.
On the top of that, XOM offers a great working set-up at the office and at home.

Despite working remote during lock down and being spread across several locations, the communication is working really well at XOM. Powerful tools such as OKRs, Jira, Slack as well as regular company meetings and CEO Q&A sessions make it easy to understand the strategy and mission of the company.
