I have been working at xRM1 Business Solutions for quite a long time. Things have not always been going straight when I started, but since many years the company has really changed in a positive way! Especially, since the new setup of the HR Management Department, the quality of being an employee has very much improved. As a member of the development team, my knowledge has not just increased. I really have to say it exploded since then. I gained experience in TDD, Unit Testing, Design Patterns, Software Architecture, UML and much more. My programming skills have also got really good at backend- and web development especially in JavaScript/TypeScript and C#. Since the company is Microsoft Gold Partner certified, I got the chance to work with the latest applications and tools. The socialization in the department was one of the really good things I enjoyed at work. Work/Life-Balance is well established. Having two kids my self, the company understands what it means to have a family and not to work 10 or 12 hours a day because they have a family too. However, when it comes into trouble with the product, the team holds tide and gets it fixed. Together as a team!
I really have to say, that I enjoyed working there. Thank you for letting me be a part of xRM1 Business Solutions.
