very sad opportunities, no communication, there are a lot better places to work
Ex-Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung nicht mehr im Bereich Forschung / Entwicklung in Karlsruhe gearbeitet.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Better hire people without university degree, not engineers, maybe the salary would be better for them
Image
Nobody knows this company in Germany
Work-Life-Balance
Unknown, it is just work, work, work, your entire life is about earning money, but not for yourself, but for the company
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You don't have time for studying, and you don't have carreer opportunities inside the company
Gehalt/Benefits
Very low, it's okay if you do not find another job, the offers I got when I applied to other companies were at least 30% higher than there
Kollegenzusammenhalt
ok...
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Smart, but not honest and a lot of bla bla bla
Arbeitsbedingungen
Depends on the customer, not XSEON
Kommunikation
Hard if you do not speak French, even if you are employed at the German GmbH, big meetings only in French language, it is not "Franco- Allemand" Company
Interessante Aufgaben
Okay
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Gleichberechtigung
