The team spirit, the fast-paced ever-changing environment, the fact that you get given responsibilities from day one. I really learnt a lot from this company and it's rapid success. My work there greatly improved my confidence as well as my business awareness.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It goes without saying that the atmosphere in a successful start up company like YOUR SL is bound to be fast paced and sometimes high-pressured. But I personally find this motivating and exciting.
Kommunikation
Communication is very electronically based which took some getting used to but I soon realised is very effective and less time consuming. I definitely learnt from it!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
A very strong team spirit. Coming from abroad I was delighted to meet the very welcoming team. Not only did they give me endless amounts of advice but they also showed me round Berlin and invited me to social and cultural events.
Interessante Aufgaben
My work was interesting because of the variety of different tasks I was given. Everyday there would be a new task to do.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Beautiful office, very spacious and also very light! Great facilities: balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, an entertaining dog and you can even take a shower there if you so wish!

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Career prospects are very good. One of the rare companies that does not take advantage of Interns. I was offered a paid position at the end of my internship!
