It can be very busy at times, but these times come and go as they do with all jobs. No one would expect you to put in extra hours consistently and without reward.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I came in as a trainee with very little performance marketing knowledge but a lot of marketing knowledge. I was trained to be very very proficient in a short amount of time and the learning has never stopped
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary's I would say are above average for agency work, if you have good performance you can increase this very quickly. I would say this is very tied to how much value you provide which is very fair.

Honestly, we have a wide range of ages here and everyone has the same energy and culture. Age gaps really aren't noticed by myself.

The communication here is absolutely crystal clear. There is a strong emphasis on honesty and transparency. The staff are often involved in decisions that effect the future of the company.

I have never seen anything that would make me give this any less than 5 stars. We have a large amount of staff from different backgrounds and they are all judged based on performance.

The job by nature is extremely interesting if you are into marketing. Lots of really exciting clients that you can make real impact on.
