This is the biggest problem in this company. Today you are working on a machine and 5 minutes later you are announced that you are supposed to do something else. But nobody tells you what is on the schedule today, what we have to do, how much time we have, and it changes all the time. If some information is given to you, it is done in a unprofessional manner.
Let's put it this way: After my short experience with this company, I wouldn't trust anyone. There are probably nice people there, but at this moment I'm glad I didn't meet all the staff.
Not the worst, not the best. It is acceptable
At this category the rating stars should be with minus. I wouldn't call them "Supervisors" , more like workers with bad attitude, no communication or teaching skill. Their interest is that you just execute, don't ask them to much, keep a low head and shut up, regardless of your qualification or experience. They don't want an improvement of the production process or machine quality, and as soon as a person more knowledgeable appears, they will "execute" them just to hide how incompetent they are and so protect their warm chair in office. This apply even if you point out safety issues. If they treat bad the people with certain age, qualification and experience, I don't want to know how bad the apprentice are treated.
The working environment probably depends on the department and the people you know there. I only worked in the assembly department and my experience was bad, really bad.
