Intransparent during the interview. Micromanagement.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Salary, lots of work to do.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Incompetent leaders. Unprofessional behavior. Intransparent details during the interview process like not mentioning that it's an all-in contract beforehand, saying something is remote then suddenly asking for office presence multiple times a week, etc. Some of the questions I asked during the interview were answered in a deceiving manner that I felt so shocked during my first month. I tried to stick with it for a few more months to see if things would change but I was wrong and had to leave anyway.

Stop micromanaging your employees. It's hard to accomplish anything or feel secured in a company that shows mistrust towards their employees. If you're a manager and you're constantly wanting to see if your workers are "actually" working, you are not good at your job. If an employee fails to accomplish his task, warn him, give him time, and if things don't work, fire him. That's it. Move on. Don't punish other employees for this. You just make them want to quit.
