check on your employees more, there are plenty that don't work a lot and cost you a lot of money, apprentices are not trained or treated right and don't learn how to do the job

what career when they try to keep you small? inter company trainings are a shame, the content sometimes gives less information than googling stuff yourself

salary is ok, but no benefits besides a cheaper menu, as leased staff, even if you work more than the fix stuff or apprentices you don't get bonus payments for your contribution in business success

everybody is a lone fighter in ANDRITZ, there still are some colleagues that try their best to help but some people work their asses off and at the same time other colleagues have one coffee after the other and long chats in the tea kitchen so the overworked colleagues even have to compensate their inproductive behaviour and missing team spirit

lots of empty promises... my supervisor told me over years I'd get a fixed contract, I still don't got one. on the other hand he tolerates colleagues with poor technical undestanding and poor skills, one of the colleagues even fell asleep during work several times already but my supervisor doesn't act as a responsibile leader and doesn't take actions
in our business area there is no one that feels responsible to give apprentices a proper training or a proper job, one of them returned from school to the company and was not given a task to do for a whole day, because no one really cares

loud office space - people crush into you all the time when you try to be productive and disturb you when they need something from you - I feel like they try to apply pressure on colleagues that they need information or results from

communication is terrible inside departments and also in teams

I personally feel they say everyone is equal and worth the same but there's a big difference in how supervisors behave with leased staff vs staff with fix contracts
Interessante Aufgaben
it could be interesting, but this company got stuck in technical progress and still uses Excel for almost everything, so instead of solving technical problems and improving the products employees have to work on the same spreadsheets over and over again and waste the companies money
