Steady Decline
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Strong start: The company originally built a culture around high-quality work, user-centered design, and innovative product development. That culture is steadily eroding.
Great colleagues: You’ll find smart, driven people here, though many of them have already left.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Founders' Disengagement: Half of the founders already left the company, the others are no longer involved in project work and seem indifferent to the quality of work or output. This was not the case 3 years ago.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Turnover is accelerating. Senior and principal talent is walking out the door. ENPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) data confirms this—internal satisfaction scores are extremely low. Tenure is trending down. The long-term team stability that made Parkside strong is gone.
Work-Life-Balance
Good!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Really depends on team. From great to horrible middle managers.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Ok, New tech, home office is largely accepted. 1 mandatory team day remains.
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary is average for the industry, but getting a raise has become increasingly difficult. In many cases, negotiations are blocked or delayed indefinitely. Salary discussions often feel unwelcome, which is demotivating in the long run. Benefits are minimal and haven’t improved since the acquisition.

Shift in Culture and Strategy: Since the new CEO joined three years ago, the entire culture and strategic direction of Parkside have drastically changed.
Acquisition Impact: The culmination of these changes was the sale of the company to a large UK development house (Ascent), which has further shifted the focus away from innovation to efficiency and profitability. In retrospect this was clear as a day to prep for an exit.
