Kommunikation, Managment und Gehalt für Fluglotsen im Verhältnis zur Unterbesetzung, Stress im Sommer und EU-Vergleich.
Suggestions for improvement
Neue Geschäftsführung! Gehälter umstrukturieren. Fluglotsen werden im Europäischen-Vergleich unterbezahlt und Bürokräfte überbezahlt. Macht keinen Sinn wenn die Lotsen 90% des Unternehmenseinkommen ausmachen.

alte Strukturen, komische Machtverhältnisse & Betriebsratsstrukturen, fehlende echte Manager in allen Führungsebenen, zuviele Bremser und Urgesteine die noch nie ein anderes Unternehmen gesehen haben, haben gewichtige Worte

Mehr Kommunikation, Führungsebene ist komplett schlecht bzw gibt es derartige Strukturen, dass Führungskräfte keine Durchsetzungschance haben, zeitgemäße Prozesse fehlen ebenso wie zeitgemäße IT
