Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I saw strong will of CEO to improve things: in growth and conditions for the employees. I was privileged in learning a variety of new skills and experiences, through my initiatives. For this I highly recommend this work place as a great starter for young professionals. It is casual, but with qualified and emphatic team.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
very limited onboarding, very limited to no protocols on the basic company functions. In the times of peak season, creates massive stress for employees and delays for customers. At the time I was employed, the company had no designated HR. The interests of management and employees were in conflict, with no facilitator.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
To hire HR to represent and protect employees' interests, wellbeing and put better efforts at organising company events. Some decisions were conservatively divisive and initiative is not rewarded. Company needed to establish basic protocols and firm job descriptions to relief the stress for some key employees.
