So many people left in the last two years and they don’t hire new people. Everyone is fed up with management and it shows, this company needs fresh air desperately!

You just get shallow information about important decisions.

There are a few people who want to change things but they all see that it’s not possible so you just laugh about it together and tell each other “I will leave soon enough”

When you close your laptop, you are done with work. Can’t complain about this one

I said it before and I will say it again; you just get downplayed. People who are at the company for 20+ years shut down your ideas because they fear change and don’t want to lose their authority.
Interessante Aufgaben
You sometimes get the chance to do your own projects - you feel like you finally can change something…until the veterans of the company shut down your idea because it’s too out of the box. Great

On the surface it’s this “we are all a great family” company lingo. In reality, politics are everything here.

The office is an absolute joke. Looks more like a flea market collection and not like a serious office. They wonder why people don’t like to come to the office but they would rather go down without people before investing some euros in a nicer office.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Again, just horrible. You get lectured by certain people that a Coke Zero is so bad for your health and that they would never supply the office with stuff like this….and then they continue to offer you juice full of sugar at the office…wow
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is way below market average. When you question this, you always hear “sorry we only have a certain budget”. Also a reason why many people leave after a certain time passes. Benefits are also none-existent.

The products have a good reputation with their old customer base but they fail to attract new and modern customers - also because they cannot arrive in 2026

Forget it. There is nothing. No money for education, upskilling etc.
