Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
bit strict with Homeoffice days, insufficient organisational discipline, superficial and useless scheme for GPD. Not that transperent about salary increments (one-way traffic), conflict resolution is non-existent. I was working for almost 3 years - too much team organisational changes. The team lead did not had time and had an in-offical one colleague(Dr) with whom I had to work, who was workoholic, conversational Narcissist. I had many disagreements and he was not my bos(s) but behaved like one. Infact many colleagues found it difficult to work with him. I stated clearly that my resignation is due to quarrel with him, yet nothing was done from management. I did not expect that they will fire them but if this happens with others and if there were similar cases in the past - one has to take a closer look. So, I resigned.
