An employer I cannot recommend
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Don't fill key positions with people from other fields.
Stop accepting these “old-school” attitudes.
Making HR a good department—unfortunately, you can't trust them here, because after anprivat topic catch up, tomorrow, three other people will know what was discussed.
Unfortunately, there's no longer anyone you can trust—that "Sicherheitvertrauenperson" person has also left the company...
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Unfortunately, things are getting worse month by month. The way people are treated here—it’s starting to border on bullying. There’s no gratitude; everyone is treated as if they’re replaceable—except, of course, the Grand Master.
Image
Internally, it's really a disaster—everyone is critical of this company. It feels like no one is happy, so there's no peace of mind when it comes to recruiting.
Work-Life-Balance
The workload keeps growing—but the pay doesn't.
Dear CBmed, working for you isn't my hobby. I'm expected to do more and more, but you find it really hard to pay me more. A lot of these tasks aren't even in the job description, so you might as well just forget about it altogether before things end up being only partially done and the place turns into a mess again.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It works well in our close-knit team. But at HQ, it's a total disaster. People there are out to tear each other down. I wouldn't recommend working there to anyone. Most of them are completely dishonest, especially since you always have to keep your door open—what's that all about??
Vorgesetztenverhalten
In my opinion, there are two good ones. The others talk about confidential information, want to line their own pockets, forget that they’re nothing without the team, or act as if they were a high-ranking manager at a huge corporation. Dear managers, in another company, you wouldn’t even be the boss—and you know it. Being the head of a department where, in terms of expertise, you’re so far below the employees...
Arbeitsbedingungen
They're nice—but what good are beautiful offices to me if everything else falls apart?
Kommunikation
Communication is chaotic without a plan. They prioritize random topics that don't make any sense. Issues are brought up, but then never properly followed through on or thought through. It's so embarrassing when you've already seen things differently. Luckily, many of them are young—they have no idea how bad this company is.
Gehalt/Benefits
It's best to give new employees everything they want... The good, long-term staff just turn a blind eye. It's really outrageous just how much money is spent on headhunters.
Gleichberechtigung
I don't see where the standards are here. First you're the best, and then you do something the management doesn't like, and suddenly you're expected to leave the company—preferably yesterday. The bad employees stay, the good ones leave—I wonder why?
