One area that could use some enhancement is communication. Sometimes, it feels like information doesn't flow as smoothly as it could. Improving transparency and ensuring that important updates reach everyone in a timely manner would be a big step forward.

Most of my colleagues are great to work with, and we have a lot of fun both in and outside the office. While some people struggle with teamwork, the majority are supportive and enjoyable to collaborate with.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We always get the latest equipment (monitor, computers, ...) . Plus, if we need or want something specific, like a special mouse or an air humidity device, they provide it.
Interessante Aufgaben
There are always interesting projects and opportunities to learn new things, which keeps work engaging and stimulating. It’s really motivating to know that I'll be tackling fresh and exciting stuff regularly.
