- Work-Life-Balance hängt vom konkreten Projekt und Kunden ab, ist aber für die meisten bei Cloudflight sehr human, so weit ich das einschätzen kann.
- Sehr liebe Kolleg:innen, viel Hilfsbereitschaft, auch, wenn man nicht direkt zusammenarbeitet.

- Bezahlung für die IT-Branche nicht großartig; das ist sowohl auf die aktuell schwierige Auftragslage (Privatwirtschaft schwächelt in Österreich, öffentlicher Sektor hat Sparprogramm) als auch auf die harte Verhandlungsführung durch die Eigentümer zurückzuführen

Super Gehalt, super Leute im Unternehmen, gute Mitarbeiterboni (Klimaticket, Lern Budget, Rabatte, Essenszuschuss, ...), flexible und zuvorkommende Zeitgestaltung (ideal für Studenten)
Ich fand es etwas fragwürdig, dass mir die Firma eine einvernehmlichen Kündigung verweigert hat, obwohl meine direkten Führungskräften dem zugestimmt hatten und nichts dagegen hatten. Komisches Verhalten von HR.
Intern ist die Kommunikation oftmals anstrengend, was dazu führt, dass die eigentlich nicht komplexen Aufgaben dann unnötig länger brauchen bzw. nicht fertig gestellt werden. Weiters müssen Themen doppelt und dreifach kommuniziert werden, da die Kommunikation einfach oft nicht funktioniert.
Im Team selbst fehlt etwas die Verbindung, da alle ihre eigenen Aufgaben verfolgen. Team-Dinner oder anderweitige Treffen gibt es so gut wie garnicht.
Etwas mehr team-interne Treffen (Dinner, ...) und allgemein besseren Teamzusammenhalt

Unless significant changes are made to address the issues mentioned above, I cannot recommend Cloudflight as a good place to work.
Make the environment more stable and inclusive. The constant restructuring, lack of clear leadership, and arbitrary employment policies create an unsustainable working environment.
Hire and Fire Policy: The company has a 'hire and fire' policy that can catch you off guard. Several colleagues were let go without any pre-warning, sometimes even on the last day of their probationary period.
Flexible Working Hours: The company offers a flexible working schedule, which can be convenient.
Ageism: There is an unspoken bias against employees over 30, who are not considered for the fast-track career opportunities that are made available to younger colleagues.
Insecurity: There is a palpable sense of insecurity here. I had to report to several different people in a short period, and it was often unclear who was responsible for what. No one took responsibility for mentoring or guiding new hires, making the initial learning curve steeper than necessary.
Empty Words on Remote Culture: Although the company promotes a remote-friendly culture, living closer to the office definitely has its advantages in terms of visibility and career progression.
Restructuring as a Standard: The company goes through a restructuring at least every six months. This creates a sense of instability and uncertainty for all employees, not just new hires.
Lack of Community and Diversity: The office culture is dominated by a consultant-sales group primarily interested in typical tech-male topics. The claim of having a diverse and inclusive community felt like empty promises.
Without exaggeration the best place I ever worked. Polite and helpful people everywhere, interesting projects that use state-of-the-art technology, lots of opportunities to learn and grow.
The atmosphere in all teams i worked in is really safe, everybody is eager to help others when needed. I was never afraid to ask questions, as the company culture is to rather ask early than get stuck alone.
Most of the people I know in the company really like the company and its image.

i think the salary is below average. what makes good for it - in my opinion - is the unique company culture.
Company activities are usually organized by employees on their own initiative, and they are then issued a per-person budget to use for the activity. Some people never participate, some are always on board - if you value social activities with your colleagues you can get them.
the average age in the company is pretty young, but people are respected without regard to their age.

unfortunately there are not a lot of women in the company, especially not developers. they are treated equally though as far as i can tell.
definitely one of the strong points - typical projects last between 6 months and a few years, after that it's on to something new. never gets boring. if you don't like being in a project, bring it up and people will help you find a solution.
Super Work-Life-Balance aufgrund der Einfachheit bei der Umstellung von den Wochenstunden! Man hat als Arbeitnehmer jede Menge Freiheiten&Goodies und gerade die Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten intern sind echt ein guter Grund für Cloudflight als Arbeitgeber!
Interne Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten werden gefördert und sind erwünscht (Top)! Jeder kann sich in seiner gewünschten Rolle weiterbilden und ausbilden lassen!
Gehalt ist nicht schlecht, sobald man Berufserfahrung hat ist es zwar nicht ganz so standesgemäß, jedoch kann man dies bei den Gehaltsverhandlungen ausgleichen! Gerade für Berufseinsteiger absolut angemessen und besser als bei anderen!
Gute Büroausstattung und angenehme Atmosphäre. Durch die Renovierung im Linzer Büro wurde dies jetzt auf den Standard des Wiener Büros gehoben und sieht einfach gut aus!
