Benefits, transparency
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Special uniform is mandatory and has to stay within the house, which is fine. Forcing the team to clock in and out before changing somewhere in the top floors doesn’t seem legal. Also, clocking out happens automatically at the planned end of shifts and overtime has to be reported to leaders in a complicated manner.
Work-Life-Balance
It is open also on weekends and holidays, which allows no rhythm whatsoever. Some overhours, not too bad. No communication outside of work necessary.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Transparent about everyone’s tasks, promotions are plausible to a certain level in hierarchy. That means some positions are stuck where they are though.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is the minimum, benefits the opposite. MyClubs, free public transport, canteen food, an extra week of holiday etc. are exceptional
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Minibars in every room. There is a Mediterranean restaurant, serving octopus etc. far from the sea. Within that concept they try to be environmentally concious
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team is great. A cozy spot to hang out before or after shifts would help the team building even more

They are good, most of the time. Someone in the team creates a lot of pressure sometimes. Not always necessary
