You can be fired at any time in this company (everything is for your own good). How? It can be assumed that you don´t want to do sales in the future and this can be the reason for your firing (by the way, you are not a sales consultant, you are a functional consultant). Or you can be fired because there are no enough project in the future. But what i don´t understand is why you still need a consultant and you advertise if there are not enough projects??
Your manager can manage you without having a clue about what you do. How? First she looks at your calendar, then at your CPM booking and finally at the hours you book in the time sheet. She doesn´t hesitate to ask if there is something private on your calendar. Because that´s her job. It seems that our team lead prefers to use her valuable time on things that are so valuable.
The way you dress in the office is important to her. It is not easy to decide whether the length of the skirt you are wearing is appropriate or not. Or what you wear to the Christmas dinner is her business and she can comment on it without your permission.
Sometimes you may wonder why these things happen to you and maybe it´s because you don´t have the right close relationship with the right people like others. Maybe if you ahd the right relationship, you could have even became a team lead.
I hope i have been able to put his in a professional way, because i have never been professional until now.

Nothing, I think we just need to promote more how we are doing in terms of projects and initiatives and the impact that we are contributing to customers and also to environment (for social responsibility or awareness related activities).
