vielen Dank, dass du deine Perspektive mit uns geteilt hast. Es freut uns sehr, dass du unser flexibles Arbeitsmodell, das moderne Arbeitsumfeld, unsere Benefits und vor allem die Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleg positiv erlebt hast. 😊

Gleichzeitig finden wir es schade zu lesen, dass du in einigen Bereichen andere Erfahrungen gemacht hast - insbesondere wenn es um Kommunikation, die Einhaltung von Zusagen oder die Unterstützung durch Führungskräfte geht. Wir wissen, wie entscheidend diese Themen für ein positives Arbeitsumfeld sind und nehmen deine Rückmeldung daher sehr ernst.

Dear colleague,

It is good to read that you value our very specific concircle team spirit and partly work life balance, communication and project work.

As one of the founders of concircle I tried to reflect on your feedback that decisions on different management levels are purely based on the founders' opinion. The last years when we grow to an international consulting firm with more than 100 employees, we all worked hard to establish a management team which takes over responsibility and leads our business units, teams and practices. If I look today at our management team, I do not have the impression that they are just executing the founders' wishes. On the contrary, I am proud that we have a diverse and critical thinking team which brings different viewpoints and opinions to the table. We, the founders, are encouraging this very much as this is the only way to manage our growth strategy in a sustainable way.

Nonetheless, I appreciate your feedback, as it encourages me to periodically reflect on my behavior and ensure I am staying true to my own standards.

Und du hast natürlich recht: Das Projektgeschäft bringt es mit sich, dass es phasenweise auch mal stressig werden kann.
