The best part is that eventhough I was "only" an intern pretty much every task I got felt like something that would help the people. At no point did it feel like a made up task just to have the intern do something.

Versprechen und Angebote (teils aus der Bewerbungsphase, teils auch während Arbeitsverhältnis) werden nicht eingehalten, Vorgesetzte und Teamlead (administrativ) bieten wenig Unterstützung, Arbeitsfluss wird oft verkompliziert durch unzählige Prozesse und unklare Antworten, Beförderungen ohne Gehaltsanpassung

You can be fired at any time in this company (everything is for your own good). How? It can be assumed that you don´t want to do sales in the future and this can be the reason for your firing (by the way, you are not a sales consultant, you are a functional consultant). Or you can be fired because there are no enough project in the future. But what i don´t understand is why you still need a consultant ...

Wenn innerhalb eines Jahres 5 Leute wegen Teamlead gehen (wobei das Team nur aus 7 Personen besteht), sind womöglich nicht die 5 Leute das Problem.
