Depends with who you are talking. When you talk about the stock-market, the image of the company is bad. If you talk with a partner, the image is great. In my opinion the image is better as deserved...

If you are not within the top-ten-darlings of the management, forget about your career. Positions will be given by management, no change to apply for a job internally as you do not know about all open positions.
As for education: make sure it doesn´t cost anything.

Salary is ok, if you are smart enough to negotiate. Willing to pay for public transport, which is nice.

Most of management or supervisors do not listen to their people. You just ask yourself, why you get asked as a team, but the decision in the end is always something different as the team decided.

Office is too open and too big with too many people in it when all are in the office. So a lot of noice. The office building is new - still a lot of noisy construction work going on which was very annoying!
The devices you get as "small people" is a joke. Only higher positions are getting better devices or have the position to choose devices.
Kommunikation
There was almost no official communication. If one happened, you had the same knowledge as without communication...
Interessante Aufgaben
It could be interesting, if management would stick to one plan. As management changes their mind very often, you also have to change your tasks as well. If you are interested in some tasks, only a handful of people will get asked to work on it.
