Walk the talk, less strategy changes and re-organizations, focus on performance culture, critically questioning the success record and leadership qualities of some middle management team members

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Depending on department and manager, good in e-commerce/ sales, poor in marketing and product management

Kommunikation

No honest communication and transparency for employees in restructuring process, no clear communication strategy and guidelines for leader

Work-Life-Balance

Decreased significantly in the past 3 years, constant change in strategy, priorities and organization leads to constant work overload (implementation of new strategies, processes + daily operations with decreasing resources)

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Ambitious and professional top management, mainly poor middle management who blocks change, talkers are more appreciated by most of the middle management members than doers (focus on selling concepts to top management and family)

Interessante Aufgaben

Vertically integrated company, a lot of complexity but interesting projects, various customer groups and segments

Industry expertise, customer relationships or experience with processes & systems decreased significantly in many departments in the past years, critical thinking or open feedback is perceived in a negative way by many managers

Arbeitsbedingungen

Great office building was built to foster collaboration and innovation, agile and customer-oriented way of working is not possible in most of the Marketing departments, process compliance & politics > customer/ market needs and tangible results

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Very low budgets for trainings and traveling, difficult environment for junior professionals to grow, poor leadership development program compared to many other companies
