Sometimes incomprehensible specifications of what is expected. Even when it comes to tasks, it is often unclear what how important they really are. Unnecessary appointments bother me.

More planning and better implementation control with feedback to identify problems earlier. Unify working methods across all teams would help to better understand how the other teams work and improve collaboration.

Often not enough time is taken for some topics. Colleagues communicate too much via MS Teams and sometimes don't talk to each other enough.
