It's the people that make the business!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I've been working at emarsys for about 6 weeks only so I'm still very new but I have to say that I have a great first impression! The pleasant working environment and welcoming colleagues made me feel at ease right from the start!
The work itself is diverse and not a day is the same, which I really like. Regular get-togethers are organized so you have the change to get to know the people you work with also outside of the office. And the employee benefits are great!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There's room for improvement in every company; I think we could focus a little more on "going-green" and sustaining the environment.
Work-Life-Balance
I enjoy a healthy work-life balance!
Gehalt/Benefits
I feel that the employee benefits are really good; regular outings are organised; all employees receive lunchvouchers; birthday and christmas gifts etc.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The contact between colleagues is very casual, open and fun.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Thanks to the large windows, the office is filled with daylight.
