The organisation might have grown a little to fast so that management and structures could not keep up. That makes communication and overall vision hard to be visible all the time

Arbeitsatmosphäre
Nice, open office space with plants, coffee and several places for lunch in the direct vicinity. The office is not big enough though if everyone comes in on the same day. Also could be more meeting rooms and phone booths.
Kommunikation
The larger the organisation grows, the more difficult it is to follow what is going on. However, Management is trying to adress this with monthly updates, etc. In general, everyone is friendly and open.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The recruiting is on a very high level, so it feels as if you work with professionals most of the time. This helps to be motivated and to reach common goals easy.
Work-Life-Balance
No forced overtime, the job does rarely feels overwhelming, no calls after working hours. Also there are a lot of offers for e.g.: sports clubs, social groups, etc.

Have not noticed any behaviour of discrimination. Everyone is friendly and open, treating each other respectful

The teams are rather in their late 30s with some younger and older colleagues sprinkled in. However, it feels like there is no discrimination against any other age group

Nice office, mostly great hardware, regular contracts and good pay

Reasonable slary if you got a good entry salary. But getting how to gez an increase seems intransparent and not realistic. Also other benefits like the lunch money could be highet, since prices exploded

For most of the positions there is no clear carreer path specified nor are there a lot of chances to rise up the ranks. However, the hierarchie is quite flat anyways
