Üben zu viel Druck, obwohl die Mitarbeiter können Nix dafür das der Markt gerade nicht so gut funktioniert.

Leider Branchenüblich überhaupt nicht gegeben, ist aber nicht nur bei Fercam so... man muss es eben lieben :D
Kein Homeoffice, obwohl das Job könnte man von zuhause an sehr gut machen, zumindest 50//50, schwer wenn man ein Kind hat 8to 5 Job zu habe. Stellen nur Vollzeit.
