Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

A hotel manager who starts shaking in every conversation and doesn't know his way around the entire hotel. He can't even remember some things. Instead of tackling things himself, everything is just handed over.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Fair Play. Better wages, humanity and appreciation. No empty promises at interview, which you can't keep anyway and after 5 directors everyone says something different. Replace leadership.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Only employees who have been poached are given preference. Even new department heads don't know what they are doing. They run around like they're making money and no one even knows what their job is.

Kommunikation

Conversations are too short, people don't listen. One has the feeling that one does not exist at all.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

In some departments quite O.K., but rather group formation.

Work-Life-Balance

Management has the best working hours!!!! Almost no one in the house in the evening.

Director drives away his own, some employees, still trying to save what is salvageable. But the ship capsizes, day after day.

None, one is only at the limit. But some colleagues make a nice life for themselves and are also supported.

More and more jobs are being cut and not filled. Communication only runs via a platform, personal conversations are almost non-existent. Some colleagues don't know their way around the software in the hotel at all and mistakes happen every day and no one is interested in them.

Allen actually pretty much doesn't care.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

New employees or unskilled workers sometimes earn the same or more than employees who have been with the company longer. Social benefits none. Other companies in and around the town pay them. Tips are unfairly distributed, one has almost nothing and others go home super. Employee meals are okay. You can always find something.

There is only ranting in the departments. Everyone works against everyone else and no one sees it. Since you can poach employees from other companies, you are no longer welcome.

No chance. New employees are given more trust than regular employees.
