Like to be available 24/7, without anyone valuing it?

Definitely above average. But that doesnt make up for the pain
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Between local staff one of the best ones I have ever seen
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
If you're over 40 you'll have a tough time getting hired. Most managers and high potentials are around 30.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management is almost exclusivley Chinese. Many of them are new to western countries or have had experiences from Africa before. Expect to be disrespected.

If you're Chinese expat you might be well informed. Local staff is kept in the dark
