Please make college degree "Optional" in the job descriptions, some people I have worked with in IT industry have 20 years experience they are guru's and have no University degree! They should not be discouraged from applying to Huawei!
Anstatt die beiden Kulturen nebeneinander laufen zu lassen, wuerde eine Verzahnung von chinesischer und europaeischer Kultur das Unternehmen unschlagbar werden lassen.

Huawei bezahlt ueberdurchschnittlich. Nicht nur das Gehalt ist top sondern die Bonus Zahlungen ebenso.
Es wird sehr stark versucht, individuelle Leistung entsprechend zu belohnen.
Das hatte ich bei meinem vorigen Arbeitgeber gar nicht.

Der am schlechtesten bewertete Faktor von HUAWEI Technologies Austria ist Work-Life-Balance mit 3,1 Punkten (basierend auf 10 Bewertungen).
Wenn Urlaub als "Man darf von ausserhalb des Bueros arbeiten" definiert ist, muss man nicht viel mehr Worte verlieren. Es gibt keine Gleitzeit, es gibt keine Flexibilitaet. Ich kam aber damit fast 12 jahre sehr gut aus. Es ist wirklich eine persoenliche Entscheidung, wie wichtig das Verhaeltnis fuer einen ist.
Gibt es in dieser Firma nicht.
Ohne 24/7 ist man kein Kollege für Chinesen
Ein Teil von Huawei zu sein fordert. Es ist nicht einfach den Workload zu bewältigen. Worklife Balance eher Mittelwert da oft Überstunden notwendig sind, um alle Projekte zu stemmen.

Dieses Wort existiert in der chinesischen Sprache und Kultur nicht! Chinesische MA haben chinesische Verträge, wo sie sich verpflichten 24/7 für das Huawei HQ in China verfügbar zu sein und das erwarten sie sich auch von den lokalen MA! Z.B. wird man am WE, im Urlaub, im Krankenstand, u.s.w. permanent belästigt und mit Konsequenzen bedroht!
Karriere/Weiterbildung wird mit durchschnittlich 3,6 Punkten bewertet (basierend auf 13 Bewertungen).
Das haengt vom persoenlichen Engagement ab - es gibt eine ausgezeichnete interne Lernplattform, ueber die man sich in Online Kursen ueber Produkte, Prozesse und alles andere selbst trainieren kann.

Eine große Karriere ohne entsprechende Sprachkenntnisse schwierig (obwohl nicht unmöglich: die Region wird von einem Osteuropäer geleitet).
Eher was für Spezialisten, die am technologischen Fortschritt interessiert sind.
Man hat es selber in der Hand. Möchte man, wird man zu 100% unterstützt. Von allen Abteilungen - federführend von HR.
Externe Weiterbildungen gibt es zwar wenig, dafür aber massenhaft interne online Trainings, welche man jederzeit von überall aus machen kann. Oftmals ist es zwar nicht möglich hierarchisch weiter aufzusteigen, jedoch ist es möglich sich breiter zu qualifizieren und zusätzliche Verantwortungen zu übernehmen.
