Completeley intransparent decision making, no clear development perspectives, the "old team" does not allow newcomers to grow. Decisions based on "friendship" and readiness to agree, not on quality of arguments. 95% + on half year or year contracts - as international organisation they are not bound by Austrian labour law, and they use this to exploit their staff, particularly newcomers. Particularly dangerous in this regard is the research department.
