Nearly everything. No home office, salary not competitive, lack of proper management, software outdated.

All efforts are stopped immediately, no outsourcing, no communication with the real world, everything is done in a bubble with a slight feeling of being 20 years behind.

No proper communication by the management.

Vorgesetztenverhalten
No transparency, no proper management, lack of leadership. Everyone is afraid to admit or say anything constructive, that could actually improve the situation. Management is following along with every micro decision made by execs. There is no trust in any work that is done by employees or smaller teams. All work is controlled in detail and micromanaged.
Interessante Aufgaben
Many unkept promises, nothing happens. Employees are left alone with no possibility of education or training. Be sure to have everything in written form, once you have negotiated something.

Loud halls with too many people. Too loud, no privacy. Glass walls.
