Commercial Finance Partner(Demand Management)

Value Orchestrator

This role acts as a T-shaped Value Orchestrator, bridging procurement and finance to maximize enterprise business value. The primary mission is to autonomously lead procurement strategies and end-to-end processes while ensuring savings and cash flow optimizations are integrated into the affiliate's financial planning and P&L.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, savings plans, and vendor management programs, including supplier selection, performance evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Optimize payment terms to improve company cash flows.
• Integrate procurement savings and cost optimization plans into financial planning events such as Business Plans and M&D budgets.
• Create and maintain procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, and internal controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams while collaborating with the global Roche network.
• Perform risk management on supply contracts and ensure all activities comply with internal and external regulations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or financial planning within Multinational Companies.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, P&L, and SAP systems.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and build stakeholder relationships.
• Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin.
