Reference Letter Specialist - German speaking

The People Support Solutions (PSS) department at Roche is building a global HR Center of Excellence. As a Reference Letter Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of reference letters for Roche affiliates, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Issue reference letters while adhering to quality standards and legal deadlines.
• Manage the reference letter tool and ticketing system to meet operational SLAs.
• Provide professional customer service and advise stakeholders on reference letter processes.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in service delivery or a customer care environment.
• Strong customer centricity, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite applications.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
