Territory Manager | Individual Contributor | OTC (Bangalore)

As a Territory Manager, you will drive business growth with a primary focus on retail promotion and Healthcare Professional (HCP) support. You will champion OTC and OTX portfolios, ensuring effective market penetration through distribution management, sales promotion execution, and collaboration with the Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail sales and market penetration by building relationships with pharmacies and retail partners.
• Promote pharmaceutical products to HCPs through scientific communication and ethical marketing.
• Assist in territory planning, demand estimation, and inventory management.
• Execute monthly retail sales promotion plans, including in-store activation and merchandising.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and manage SKU-wise sales plans.
• Oversee the distribution network, including distributor performance and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities and reporting on market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in pharmacy sales, distribution management, or territory management.
• Experience with OTC and OTX pharmaceutical products is highly preferred.
• Strong interest in retail market growth, demand generation, and in-store marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and administrative skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and collaborate effectively in a structured environment.
