Internship - ERP Transformation Project
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented ERP Transformation Project Intern to join our global transformation team. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our SAP S/4HANA & EWM deployment, gaining hands-on exposure to a large-scale digital and business transformation. You will directly support the Project Management Office (PMO) and work cross-functionally across critical workstreams including system integration, testing, master data, user training, and organizational change management.
Key Responsibilities
PMO & Governance Support
- Track project milestones and maintain the master deployment project plan.
- Coordinate meetings, document action items, and distribute minutes.
- Assist in maintaining the Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) log.
Integration & Partner System Readiness
- Maintain the master integration matrix and track interface status.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors for connectivity and testing.
- Support cutover planning for partner system interfaces.
Master Data Readiness
- Track data collection and verification progress.
- Document data definitions, requirements, and loading strategies.
- Support pre- and post-load data reconciliation.
Testing Coordination
- Monitor status and defect metrics during UAT and SAT.
- Coordinate testing schedules, scripts, and environment logistics.
Training & Organizational Change Management
- Coordinate end-user training sessions and track completion rates.
- Support user role mapping and security authorizations.
- Plan and facilitate change management events and communications.
Cutover & Hypercare Support
- Support the tracking of go-live activities and command center operations.
- Document lessons learned and continuous improvement feedback.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Management Science & Engineering, Information Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Prior internship experience in project management, business analysis, or IT operations is highly desirable.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Monday.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems; SAP exposure is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Resilience and agility in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
