ERP Solution Consultant - SAP EWM
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM Specialist & Developer with MFS experience to join our team and take ownership of a highly complex, validated warehouse management solution. You will guide product teams, champion accountability, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders to solve complex problems and make independent product-level decisions.
The Opportunity
- Design & Implementation: Develop and implement complex enhancements to our SAP EWM solution, including MFS and WebDynpro user interfaces.
- Independent Problem-Solving: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; troubleshoot issues at the code level.
- Technical Deep-Dive: Investigate complex technical challenges, debug code, and optimize system performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand requirements, manage expectations, and communicate technical constraints and timelines.
- Validated Environment Management: Execute changes in compliance with our regulated environment, including documentation, test cases, and validation requirements.
- Knowledge Transfer: Document solutions and share expertise with team members to build organizational capability.
- Travel to Switzerland as needed for on-site support, workshops, and client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive SAP EWM Experience: Minimum 5+ years working with SAP EWM in production environments, including complex configurations and customizations.
- MFS Expertise: Proven hands-on experience implementing and maintaining SAP MFS.
- ABAP Development Skills: Solid programming background with ability to debug and optimize ABAP code.
- Validated Environment Experience: Demonstrated familiarity with regulated environments, change management processes, and compliance documentation.
- SAFe Framework Knowledge: Working understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
- Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- German Language (Preferred): Fluency in German is a significant plus.
