Cluster Section Lead - Global Finance Support

As a Cluster Section Lead in the Global Finance Support organization, you will be responsible for establishing and leading day-to-day Finance Technical support. This role focuses on people management, compliance, and operational excellence, leading a team of Finance Business and System Analysts to achieve Global Product Line objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Motivate and develop team members through clear goal setting, performance documentation, and proactive coaching.
• Drive service quality by meeting KPI targets and maintaining deep knowledge of end-to-end finance processes.
• Foster teamwork and transparency by sharing information and project roadmaps across global boundaries.
• Partner with enabling functions to implement best practices and drive automation and efficiency.
• Manage key business relationships and mitigate operational risks.
• Embody Roche values while promoting Agile, LEAN, and ITIL methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead projects in complex matrix organizations and drive organizational change.
• Extensive experience in customer support, preferably in Finance, with a focus on KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in demand and relationship management with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Agile, ITIL, and LEAN methodologies.
• Results-oriented problem-solver with a university degree and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
