Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As an Order Evaluation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient order-related accounting. You will update and maintain prices on customer orders, process credit/debit notes and service orders, and support month-end closing activities in line with internal guidelines and legal requirements.

• Process credit and debit notes as well as service orders in accordance with legal and internal guidelines
• Update the backlog for new parts in VPA/price changes, and link orders to corresponding quotes
• Maintain and update missing transfer prices
• Perform quarterly price updates
• Support closing activities, including reporting and control tasks
• Actively contribute to Order Evaluation projects, driving and supporting process automation and continuous improvement

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You work in a structured, self-driven, and results-oriented way. You think ahead, strive for high quality, and are comfortable speaking up and sharing ideas. You communicate clearly and work well with colleagues and stakeholders across functions.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in an international environment
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, with confident, independent use of Excel
• SAP experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking and commitment to high quality standards
• Fluency in English
