Was die Firma über den Job sagt

Order Fulfillment Manager (all genders)

The impact you’ll make

You will ensure that business commitments are executed reliably at the factory level and accurately reflected across enterprise planning systems, providing clarity and stability as the organization scales.

By enabling strong alignment between global production planning and site execution, your leadership ensures that changes in demand, priorities, or constraints are translated into consistent, executable outcomes. Your work reduces churn and rework, strengthens trust in planning signals, and supports reliable customer delivery—particularly during ramps, priority shifts, and periods of increased complexity.

When plans change or pressure increases, Master Scheduling serves as the stabilizing function—ensuring planning intent flows smoothly into execution, and operational realities are reflected back into the planning network with discipline and accuracy.

What you’ll do

The Master Scheduling Manager leads a team of Master Schedulers and owns the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of the master production schedule within ERP systems, ensuring alignment with the approved Plan of Record.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop the Master Scheduling team, reinforcing best practices, accountability, and standardization
  • Review and manage the master schedule for the Villach & Global manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with production capabilities and business objectives
  • Own the accuracy, maintenance, and integrity of the master production schedule within ERP systems
  • Translate approved build plans into consistent, executable schedules based on project specifications, resource availability, and production constraints
  • Collaborate with Global Production Planning, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Logistics, and Order Management and Execution teams to incorporate forecast changes and firm orders
  • Proactively identify potential schedule disruptions, develop mitigation plans to minimize operational impact, and escalate risks or issues to senior management as needed
  • Maintain comprehensive records of scheduling decisions, changes, and performance outcomes
  • Strengthen cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration by encouraging open communication and shared ownership

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented people leader who brings rigor, structure, and collaboration to near-term planning. You combine strong system knowledge with a continuous improvement mindset and take pride in maintaining accurate, trusted planning signals.

  • Proven leadership experience in master scheduling, near-term production planning, or ERP-driven planning within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of S&OP frameworks and how approved plans translate into operational systems
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, scheduling logic, and milestone-based planning
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain alignment to the approved Plan of Record while managing near-term changes
  • High proficiency with ERP and scheduling tools, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and system integrity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset to identify inefficiencies and enhance planning signal quality
  • People-focused, collaborative leader with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority and develop high-performing schedulers
  • Values discipline as an enabler of speed, prioritizes signal accuracy over churn, and alignment over handoffs
  • Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP are strongly preferred
