Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will manage accounts, ensure sales achievement in your assigned territory and product lines, and assist the District Sales Manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction.
• Develop new accounts through proactive follow-up of sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key personnel.
• Resolve customer complaints creatively through investigation and follow-up.
• Coordinate with distribution partners and third parties.
• Collaborate with the Professional Service team to deliver post-sales support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health or Science.
• 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or healthcare industrial sales within a multinational company.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in customer complaint handling.
