Material Handler

The Material Handler performs physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management. This role involves verifying incoming materials, preparing shipping documentation, moving goods within facilities, and supporting logistics operations under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, ship, and receive products while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and documentation, reporting any discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and order pickers.
• Perform administrative tasks including database entry and order coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all quality system objectives.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• English proficiency for safety and procedural compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) and strong organizational abilities are preferred.
• Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
