Roche Digital Technology is seeking a visionary Data/Information Architect to lead the strategic design and implementation of AI-driven Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This role focuses on modernizing Healthcare Professional (HCP) and Healthcare Organisation (HCO) master data programs by bridging traditional MDM platforms with enterprise semantic layers and knowledge graphs to support Generative AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the technical execution of AI-enabled MDM systems, including data matching and entity resolution.
• Serve as the primary technical architect for HCP, HCO, and business partner master data initiatives.
• Define blueprints for connecting transactional master data with semantic layers and ontologies.
• Ensure data models are machine-readable and structured to serve as ground truth for Large Language Models.
• Act as a technical bridge between infrastructure engineers, platform managers, and clinical stakeholders.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging semantic technologies to reduce technical debt and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of healthcare data models, clinical/commercial nomenclatures, and HCP/HCO master record management.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML services within large-scale data or graph architectures.
• Extensive professional experience in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and distributed cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with semantic web standards (RDF, OWL, SPARQL), graph databases, and metadata repositories.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., GxP, data privacy laws).
• Proficiency with Reltio, AWS, and graph database technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and mentorship capabilities.
