The Position
As a professional in this role, you will collaborate with peers to maximize portfolio brand equity and business performance. You are responsible for developing and executing pediatric brand strategies, planning academic projects, and building strong relationships with pediatric TAEs. Additionally, you will create promotional materials, conduct sales training, and monitor brand performance against competitors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 2 years in marketing and extensive experience in pediatric therapy.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical, business, or a related field.
- Strong experience in the relevant therapeutic area with established KOL relationships.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and innovation abilities.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
