The Position
The Global Digital Hub at Roche supports global digital capabilities through Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design. As a team member, you will execute digital operations, consult with stakeholders on digital performance, and leverage digital tools to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Support technical, on-page, and off-page SEO execution.
- Conduct keyword research, clustering, and prioritization based on business value.
- Prepare content briefs for creators using SEO guidelines and tools like SurferSEO and SEMrush.
- Perform SEO and organic traffic reporting.
- Analyze data and trends to optimize ROI.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc degree in a related field and 2+ years of SEO experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog), Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, CSS, and HTML.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
