Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Define and develop power semiconductors for automotive applications in the field of MOSFETs using simulation tools
• Define, initiate and evaluate analysis in case of qualification failures or deviating product performance within development projects
• Participate in and lead risk assessments and FMEAs
• Lead innovation and pre-development projects

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in physics, ideally with a focus on semiconductor physics, or electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
• At least 3-5 years of relevant technologically oriented professional experience
• A profound technical understanding of power semiconductors
• Sound knowledge in the development and manufacture of semiconductor products
• An innovative and open mindset
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
