The Position

We are seeking a consultant sales professional to focus on new business development for university hospitals, general hospitals, and clinical laboratories. The primary mission is to identify and resolve challenges faced by medical facilities and laboratories by providing optimal solutions rather than just selling products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new business development by engaging with stakeholders ranging from clinical laboratory technicians to physicians and hospital management.
• Propose solutions across various product lines, including biochemistry, immunology, genetics (PCR), pathology, laboratory automation, and IT/digital solutions, while presenting ROI and negotiating contracts.
• Provide operational support to existing customers and collaborate closely with internal departments such as academic and engineering teams to drive projects forward.

Requirements

• Experience in solution-based sales within the medical industry targeting hospitals or clinics.
• Proven track record of proposing solutions using company resources and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Valid driver's license (AT acceptable).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in new business development within the medical industry.
• Specialized knowledge in the clinical laboratory field or sales experience with related products.
